Jane Reichman Van Toch, LLB, MA

Jane Reichman Van Toch is an Organizational Development Consultant with over seventeen years of senior business experience in Organizational Development and Law. She brings an unusual and effective set of skills and experience to her Organizational Development consulting practice which she launched in 1998.

Jane works with all levels of organizations to develop and deliver sustainable change strategies. In particular, she has designed and facilitated strategic interventions, workshops and group sessions in order to engage groups in dialogue and learning, develop consensus around complex multi-stakeholder issues, articulate shared future visions and strategies, and develop action and implementation plans. Jane also works with individuals and groups to develop personal leadership and to maximize team effectiveness.

Jane's clients have included small, medium and large organizations in both the public and private sectors and in particular, manufacturing, transportation, technology, media and service organizations.

Prior to devoting her career exclusively to OD, Jane practiced law for 12 years as in-house legal counsel to the largest privately owned real estate developer in Quebec.

Jane works in both English and French. She holds a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and a Bachelor in Civil Law and a Bachelor in Common Laws from McGill University.
